So you want to know the best fat burn workout? There are many different ways to burn fat and it can be difficult to narrow it down to just one. It can be defined as a short period of high intensity activity, followed by a period of low intensity activity. A good example of this would be to:

Run at a high intensity level (almost a sprint but not quite) for 40 seconds
Then walk for 2 minutes
Repeat this about 6-8 times
